Mission:The mission of the Harford County Child Advocacy Center (CAC) is to investigate allegations of child maltreatment while providing services and resources for the abused child and his/her family.
Vision: To serve as a recognized community expert providing competent and effective investigations and resources in a child first and friendly atmosphere for all abused and exploited children while providing proactive education and prevention programs.
